About Goat of Many Colors

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Goat of Many Colors was born from a combined love of craftsmanship and my mother’s two Nigerian Dwarf goats, Jesse and Jasmine.

My journey started off as a quilter, first watching my mother as a child and then making my own quilts, to designing patterns with my mom. The patterns of my childhood are able to continue as Goat of Many Colors continues to expand.

Materials include high-quality small batch yarns, some hand-spun and/or hand-dyed made from a variety of fibers: cotton, silk, bamboo, wool, rayon, and various novelty yarns. Leather is from exclusive suppliers, purchased from Yellowstone Custom Leather, and Maker’s Leather Supply.

My love of bright, vibrant colors and all things fiber is evident in every item I create. As a Saori Weaver, I have adopted the philosophy of creating individual, unique pieces that express creativity in each one. These items are wearable art and are meant to bring you joy, as they were created with love.
